Analytics data is not displayed
Article data, page views, and Google search data come from different sources and can update at different times.
Analytics is unavailable
Article analytics requires an eligible plan or development store. Check Settings → Plans.
An article is missing
Clear the title search, select All statuses, sort by newest publication date, check the next page, and confirm the article exists in Shopify admin.
PV remains zero
Confirm the article is published, opens on the storefront, and uses the required published-theme setup. Wait for tracking and aggregation after publication.
Live view is expected to show zero when nobody is currently reading, and may take a short time to update after a browser closes.
Google search data is missing
Confirm Search Console is connected to the correct property. A new connection or a page not yet shown in Google search may have no data. Different analytics tools can disagree because their periods, time zones, metrics, and exclusions differ.
