Register an author

An author must be selected before an article can be saved.

Create an author

1. Open Settings in Smart Agent Blog.
2. Open Author management.
3. Select Create author.
4. Enter the name and, if needed, the role, biography, image, tags, and social links.
5. Save.

Use a clear photo and a short description of the person's experience. In the article editor, select this profile under Author and save the article.

If the author is not visible on the store, enable the author setting in the Smart Agent Blog theme section. Registering an author helps readers understand who wrote the article, but does not guarantee a higher search ranking.

Before deleting an author, move affected articles to another author. Deleted profiles cannot be restored.
