Create your first article

This walkthrough saves a short article as unpublished, previews it, and then publishes it.

Save as unpublished first

You can check the storefront appearance without showing unfinished content to customers.

1. Open a new article

1. Open Articles in Smart Agent Blog.
2. Select Create article in the upper-right corner.

2. Enter a title and body

Enter an article title, then write the body. On a new line, type / to choose a heading, image, product, or another content block.

3. Complete article settings

Choose the destination blog and author. Add a thumbnail and tags if needed, then select Unpublished.

4. Prepare the search result

Check the SEO title, SEO description, and handle. If unsure, use the article title as the SEO title and summarize the article in one or two sentences.

5. Save and preview

Select Save. Confirm the article is marked Unpublished, reopen it, and select Preview. Check text, images, product information, mobile readability, and the author display.

6. Publish

When the preview is correct, select Published and save again. Open the storefront article and check the final result.

You are finished when the article list shows Published and the storefront page opens correctly.
